Get Fit! Boot Camp Fitness provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. You get the best of both worlds, at a fraction of the cost! The Health & Fitness in the Heights team have guided a multitude of people to reach the shape of their lives. They will motivate, support and encourage you to do your best. No equipment required. Athletic shoes and standard workout attire are all that is necessary.
